Sha Ross made her Special Editions debut in College Girls. But before the ink was dry and the issue hit newsstands, Sha made a drastic decision about cosmetic surgery. If she was going to be a Playboy model, she wanted to really look the part - just like Playmate Pam Anderson. So, after a supersized breast augmentation, lip implants and a liposuction procedure, Sha was finally pleased with the results. Producers from MTV got wind of Sha's transformation and her story aired as a 30-minute segment on MTV's documentary series I Want a Famous Face.
