Rachel Balbert has a perfectly busty figure and it’s all thanks to her parents. The blonde from the University of Texas is the daughter of a tennis coach and was exposed to the sport at a very young age. “I used to compete, and I still like to play for fun when I get a chance,” says the communication science disorders major. “When I was a kid I loved Chris Evert Lloyd and John McEnroe.” Tennis may not seem like the most exciting sport, but our blue-eyed Coed of the Month for October 2003 has a creative way to make it so. “When I was younger I had a boyfriend and we'd tell my parents we were off to play tennis.
