Marina Emanuela Saia is an International Playmate from Romania. A global model, Marina has posed for Playboy South Africa and Playboy Italy, and we’re excited to feature her gallery as Miss April 2012 for Playboy Italy. A lover of Italian culture, Marina learned Italian in only four months before moving there. She’s modeled on the runway and in many editorial shoots since her time in Playboy.
