What do you give the girl that has everything – namely, a girl like Lani Todd? A centerfold, that’s what. Born in Philadelphia, this Pennsylvania native is what you’d call a Jane of all trades – a model, actress and cosmetologist, she’s able to step into any role, from a farmer’s daughter all the way to a Playboy Playmate. “I get bored sticking to the same style,” says Lani. “I love to change skins – a dominatrix one day, a rodeo girl the next.” As for the style in question, she always dresses to impress. “My dominatrix outfit is a black vinyl dress, platform boots, lace-up gloves, a leather collar and a riding crop.” When it comes to her career, fun-loving Lani is anything but submissive – so when we offered her the Centerfold, she accepted, becoming our Miss December 2002. “I take life one day at a time,” she says. “That’s the philosophy I live by!” Ever in vogue, Lani is a stylist, and she owns a high-end salon and spa. “People shouldn’t tell you what you can and can’t do,” she says. “I’m strong willed!” We wouldn’t have her any other way.
