Paint the town with Kyra Milan, our Playmate of the Month for March 2010. An artist from Tampa, Florida, she’s all natural, with tousled brown hair, green eyes and warm skin. She was destined for the pages of Playboy – she read her first issue at ten years old, and her mom was a Club Bunny in the seventies. Kyra – "it's pronounced kye-ra," she insists – was working in a clothing store at a mall when a casting agent asked her if she would want to shoot for Playboy. “I was still in high school,” she says, “but as soon as I turned eighteen, I did a test shoot. I shot the Centerfold the day before my senior prom.” Hef gave her the green light, and she’s been on the move ever since. “I didn’t tell anybody that I was doing Playboy,” she says. “There are a few things that I like to keep to myself.” Kyra is an art history student at the University of South Florida, and when she’s not at school or work, she likes to hang around at home. “I’m not much of a party girl,” she admits. “The Mansion is a lot of fun, but I would rather have friends over for dinner.” She’s a talented painter and ceramicist – following once more in her mother’s footsteps – and she loves Surrealist painting and historical dramas like The Tudors and The Borgias. Her face and voice are all sweetness, but she’s not a child – Kyra is mature for her age, and she has some rather adult interests. “I love sex,” she says, laughing. “I believe in monogamy, but I think that sex is about being in love and having fun. That’s what Playboy is all about, so I think I make a great ambassador for the brand.” No argument there.
