Our Cybergirl of the Week for November 7, 2005 is a hard worker who strives to be the best. Joelle Ilima is finishing up her PhD –but even once it’s completed, she won’t be done with school. “Life is a non-stop learning process,” explains dark-haired Miss Ilima. The Asian-American beauty believes learning and absorbing new information allows women to be strong and independent. Joelle, from Irvine, California, says that women who are goal orientated and demand respect by respecting themselves, attract the best men. “I’m turned on by sensitivity and the ability to adapt to different needs is an attractive quality,” admits busty Joelle.
