Chloe is unapologetic in her choice of men—and her method of landing him. “A bad boy is always a winner for me,” she says. “I always look for a man with lovely eyes. I dress up in my sexiest outfit and pounce on him.” Asked what she would change if she could be Britain’s Prime Minister for a day, Chloe proves to be quite rational. “I’d pass a law that would allow women to walk around topless when they wanted. Although I’d also have to pass a law forbidding men to drive on that day or there would be a lot of accidents!”
