All you have to do to redeem is simply contact us at magazinesupport@playboy.com with your full name, mailing address, and subscriber ID number (if available).
If you do not want the above substitute offer, please email us as provided above, and we will issue you a check for a refund in the amount of the applicable subscription fee paid.
